Hi Jshort,  Its not much help, but I've had a similar occurrence with 3 apps over my time of owning mine.  Its usually caused by the app causing issues with the system or improper operating.  They get reports of it and pull it during an update until they can get it Recoded.  Then after it tests good on their end, they put it back in a future update.  At least that's been my experience sir.
